4" Burrell SCC Road Loco

Arriving with us shortly is this very well made 4" Burrell SCC Road Loco, a cracking engine which has seen little use over the years since completion.

Built to the well proven LSM design it is a free steaming and powerful engine which runs as well as it looks. Fitted with vulcanised rubber tyres and belly tanks its an excellent engine for road use as well as enjoying on the rally field.

The professionally made boiler runs at 170psi and is water fed through a crank driven pump and reliable steam injector. It is reported to be in good condition throughout and will come with a fresh steam ticket before sale.

Please note pictures and videos are from when it was with us last year and will be updated on its arrival however it is very much the same condition having been well cared for in its current ownership. The only reason for sale is the owner has been well bitten by the steam bug and moved up to a 6" engine.
