4.5" Foden Steam Lorry

This one sold before we had the chance to take some standalone pictures of her so please excuse the lack of photos but here are some details:

A beautifully presented 4.5" Foden C-Type that has seen minimal use since completion.

Built by an experienced model engineer the fit and finish of the engine is to the highest standard, it runs like a swiss watch and steams like a witch. Built from John Rex castings it is one of the only engines in this scale to run on the cast wheels.

The AJB boiler runs at 150PSI for the double high cylinder arrangement. Water supply is from large underslung tanks and fed to the boiler via a crank driven pump and two steam injectors.
