Completed in 2010 we are pleased to offer for sale this well presented Burrell Traction Engine built up from Steam Traction World Kits.

The engine has just undergone its full 10 year boiler inspection including hydraulic test by an independent commercial inspector, so the new owner has full peace of mind of the boiler condition. As per the usual arrangement, boiler water feed is through a crankshaft driven pump and a steam injector which was recently replaced.

​

The Steam Traction World kits are highly regarded and when put together properly produce very capable engines. Should the engine ever need anything in the future STW carry a large stock of spare parts and are very helpful with any technical queries. 

Included in the sale is a set of firing irons along with some spares and consumables as the owner is retiring from the hobby. The tender mounted seat will be re-fitted prior to sale.
